Anybody who have booked apartment in Ozone The Metrozone Pinnacle, Chennai ?

Q: I booked an apartment in Ozone The Metrozone Pinnacle, Chennai about 3 years ago and the project was supposed to be completed in 2018, but it has not even started. No updates from Ozone as to what is happening. I am trying to locate other people who had booked in this project if they have any updates.

Ozone The Metrozone Pinnacle, Chennai has been registered with RERA and its RERA registration number is TN-29-Building-0036-2018, TN-29-Building-0095-2019.

This project has registered with state RERA, and as per RERA, the expected date of possession will be December 2022. You can check the status on your state RERA websites.
