Yes, Mantra 29 Gold Coast, Tingre Nagar is a MahaRERA approved project and its RERA registration number is P52100002674.
As far as local body is concerned, Pune Municipal Corporation approved project and banks such as Axis, LIC HFL, DHFL, Indiabull, etc are offering loan for it.

Mantra 29 Gold Coast, Tingre Nagar, is an ongoing residential project, offering 1,2, and 3BHK residential flat ranging from 446 - 934 sq.ft. 1BHK is available in 446 sq.ft (carpet area), 2BHK from 635 - 715 sq.ft.(carpet area), and 934 sq.ft (carpet area) in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.8879 per sq.ft. A 1 BHk flat will cost you Rs 39.60 L onward, for 2 BHK one has to pay Rs 56.39 L to Rs 63.49 lakh onward, and for 3 BHK, it will cost you around Rs 82.94 L onward. This project is spread over 3.5 acres of land consists 84 units in 3-Towers.

I am also interested in this project. I visited this site last week and liked this project. This project is a mix of 2 RHK and 3 RHK and is located at a good location of Tingre Nagar. Few things which I liked about the project are
1. A well planned Club house, kids play area and a separate area for senior citizens.
2. Two way entry from dhanori road and tingre road.
3. They have commercials space as well in the project itself, which makes buying daily needed things very convenient for residents.
