Mantra 24 West is a RERA approved project and all 5 towers got approval from state RERA authority. Mantra 24 West Ph-1 P52100001377, Mantra 24 West Ph-2 P52100002639, Mantra 24 West Ph-3 P52100001660, Mantra 24 West Phase 4 P52100001260, and Mantra 24 West Phase 5 P52100014778.

As far as local body approval is concerned, PCMC has approved it and banks such as HDFC Home Loan has approved it for housing loan.
