Uthandi VGP lay out....Can the houes be regularized by cmda

Q: There are houses in VGP 2nd main road in uthandi. Are they regularized? what is process to regularize?

Hi solving,
Do your own due diligence before investing in such plot. Speak to a number of people about the plot as there are quite a case of double documentation in this layout. Check with a good lawyer as well. Thanks

You will have to get the beyond 500 meter Certificate from Sholinganaluur Taluk Office. This is where you can check if it is indeed beyond 500 meters from High Tide Line or not. Surveyor can also help when you have the Field Measurement Book (FMB) Sketch and the survey number.It is hard otherwise to know exact distance based on other souces. Dont go by brokers word on this.

Hello Murali,
Field Measurement Book (FMB) Sketch is a compilation of map data that is stored in volumes by the Government at the respective Tahsildar office. In FMB, the individual survey number sketches are maintained at a scale of 1:1000 or 1:2000. Make sure to confirm the distance before you go ahead otherwise building approval will not happen by CMDA.
