Latest Answer: I have seen this villa but I was looking at one which is a little closer to Neelangarai hence did not go through with this. The villa, specifications, amenities are all fantastic. As for the price, the villa is located on 2 grounds and the builder is quoting 3.5 Crores upwards while the land cost maybe 70L/ground and the cost of construction is Rs.2800 per sq.ft. for a 5300 sq.ft. villa.
This is a steal if you buy this from the land owners. The price offered is heavily discounted. I came to know this when I approached Home Konnect Advisory which is marketing the land owners share of the property. Check their website for more details.
