This builder is not behaving professionally and chaeting after taking the initial amount of moeny for land registration.
Q: This builder is not behaving professionally. I have booked a duplex in essen residency. After taking initial amount, builder is still not starting the project. To make it worse, Thakkar hires his employees to harrass the customer (me) using anonymous phone calls with different names.

How to file a official complaint against this unprofessional builder amongst the builder community and bring him to book?

Latest Answer: Hi, have you tried contacting any other owners? I would suggest you to do just so and form an association. That way together you can take action against the builder. Also get legal counseling as soon as possible. Best of luck.

Latest Answer: There are other extra charges for booking in this project. Maintenance charge for 2 years had to be paid, club development charge of 1 Lakh, etc.
