Latest Answer: You join your community groups through following steps :
1) Login to http://groups.commonfloor.com/
2) Choose your city, and apartment name from the drop down.
3) Click on "Join Owners Groups".
4) Register with your details.
5) Then, admin of the community can approve your access to the portal.
