Latest Answer: Those who are planning to purchase properties at Godrej Garden City Ahmadabad must speak to owners who are living in township with their families. Feedback is must before taking such crucial decision. Investment return not even 4% a year since 2014. Rental value is 6-7 rupees a square ft per month and maintenance charges big.
