Q:They are cheaters. There is no swimming pool in the complex and there is no space left for the swimming pool. Play area and garden are one and the same, and is very inadequate for 100+ apartments. One of the two lifts for each building remains down most of the time. Lifts are of poor quality. Many incidences occurred where people were stuck in the lifts. Builder is very arrogant and does not ever look into your complaints.
Latest Answer: Did they promise you to provide a swimming pool? If it is mentioned in your sales agreement in that case you can demand the builder to provide compensation.
