How to apply for the transfer of property which has been bought by family members in one name and what are the charges?
Q: Bought an appartment in Dwarka and is freehold now in my and my brother name. Now my brother wants to leave his share in the property with his freewill (w/o asking for anything). What are the steps involved in moving ahead on this and the charges to be paid for having the property in single name. Please help.

Latest Answer: Hi, If your brother agreed to transfer the properties in your name then you have to pay only transfer charges against the properties.
