Latest Answer: Dear All, Just to keep everyone aware, the broker showing flats in ranjit Vihar is usually a retired officer. he was our broker too, an absolute pain, except showing the house, he did not do anything at all and started misbehaving for money. There were maintenance and other responsibilities that he promised at the time of showing the house, later he just refused everything, lying straight to us . He did not inform us about any documentation as well, no formalities were complete. This person is still seen in the society, for no reason and misbehaves.
