Latest Answer: I have purchased one apt in Tulsi residency. I have submitted a initial deposit and a loan arrangement with bank. Bank installments were supposed to be given by the builder. Builder has stopped paying installments since Sep 2014. There is no construction work in progress at project site. I heard that builder has stopped payments of several other consumers. This looks like another fraud case to happen in real estate
