Latest Answer: Hi Raj, Recently I have contact with the builder, they quoted 21 lakh for this project, I am ok with the builder reputation, but I surprise when they tell me that, you have to pay 3 lakh as a down payment, in which I have to pay 1 lakhs in cash component, when I inquired more regarding this he told me that he will not show this one lakh in the document.
