Q:I am an exisitng house owner of Ishaan Green. Do not buy any flats from this builder. they charge heavily. The project in Deoghar was supposed to be complete by may 2009. It is still not complete as of Jan 2013. Also they had promised a deep borewell but water is a big issue there. Also the house is built of 3rd grade material. Please refrain from buying. He will ask you a price of Rs 30 LaKHS, if you buy from exisiting owners, they will sell it for just rs 20 Lakhs
