Price of the lands are getting doubled in Gujarat.
Q: Why there was a sudden hike in the price of the land in Gujarat? What is the reason?

Latest Answer: The prices of the land in Hasanlpur was 8 lakhs – 10 lakhs before 5-6months but suddenly the price got hiked to 15lakh to 20 lakh because of the announcement done by Maruti Suzuki India, that they are going to set up a car manufacturing plant.
