Q:Hi I am going to buy a Land of worth rs 100000 Lakhs .My question is that what would be the better way to pay amount ? Should I pay Lump sum amount in that case or should I go through Bank to pay ... I discussed this with my friend If I pay it by Cash it becomes Black money .Is it wrong to pay Hard cash to land Lord ...What difficulties I may face in future If I pay it Hard cash ...Kindly Please advise me on this.
