Latest Answer: AFAIK, DSR just moves the furniture from one model flat to another. Furniture, when required, is purchased from the likes of @Home or hometown.
I don't know about the false roofing but the modular kitchen was done by a separate vendor who has left behind his visiting cards in the model apartment kitchen.
