Q:I am interested to have an independent villa of 3 or 4 bed rooms with all modern amenities for Rent....from rs. 25,000 upwards. built area should be more than 28,000 sq.ft. Any locality within 3 Kms from Treamis world school. My grandson is admitted to Treamis world school. So, any area upto about 3 to 4 kms from the School is OK. The building should be independent villa, even in a gated community, like Corcorde Silicon valley is OK. It should not be furnished. WE are getting a container of furniture from USA.
