The option of service management by the developer allows a rental yield to be realised from the property and that is an advantage, when the apartment is not in use by the owners. The soft furnishings have been carefully thought out and well executed to set this development a class apart and compete with other four star resorts in the area.

Developer's document FAQ's stated that the development would commence in October 2006 and would be completed in October 2008.
The Agent stated that the contract would be sent on payment of the first installment. However, the contract was sent very late after repeated requests to the Developer and Agent. The contract was eventually signed on 9 October 2007.
On 10 May 2007 the developer stated that the agreement with the clients on the payment schedule was never construction linked. The developer stated that they had made it clear to Axiom that there was a change in contractor on the site and the new contractor had been appointed and the construction would commence shortly. However, the developer was confident that they would complete the construction as promised within the time frame.
