Q:Please let me know the current rent paid by existing tenants for 2 bhk and 3 bhk at Greens, excluding maintenance which is 2000 for 2 bhk and 2500 for 3 bhk.
Lately I have seen that if in some flat, no one is residing for say 1-2 months then electrician connects some other flat electricity connection to this flat, I am not sure if this flat tenants is doing this together with electrician for money. As I had to pay double the money for electricity bill. Usually it was in range 700-1000 but suddenly it got raised to 2000 for last 3 months, once I came back after 1-2 months from vacation. Please let me know if someone else faces the same.
