Q:I have finalized to buy a 3BHK flat at SCION LUXOR in HRBR, 1530SFT for 55lakhs. This is in a BDA layout,anybody has idea about this project, what is cost range etc. Few questions
1) How is SCION Builder, Any issues with this builder?
2)Any delays in past by this builder
3)How is maintanance?
4)Let me know of any othert issues,scams, cheating by this builder, if any?
Latest Answer: I don't completely agree. Probably you are comparing this with huge (500+ sometimes 1000+ flats) apartment complexes by BIG names like Sobha, Brigade, Mantri etc... Most of these are built somewhere outskirts of the city at underdeveloped areas. Those areas do not have proper roads and other basic stuff. Since land rate is considerably cheaper there they could sell at those rates and make huge profits. These BIG guys are also building small apartments (50+ flats, ex: Sobha Petunia, Brigade Petunia, Sobha DewFlower) within BMP limits, you will be shocked to hear the pricing. Off course, one can not compare Scion Luxor with those prime small apartments. But, it still value for money when compared.
