Few queries about Harsha Landmark

Q: I am considering buying an apartment in Harsha Landmark but i would like to have some info from the community.
1) When is expected date of completion. They markeing person said it would be in Aug, but seeing the apartment i feel that there is lot more work left to be completed in 8 months. Even the 'Ready-to-occupy' apartment next to Harsha will take another 4 months to finish. So i would like to know when it will be completed.
2)I would like to know price/sqft. Since Harsha is after the railway crossing and is about 400 mts inside, i think the rates should be considerably lower than the ones on the main road.
3) The builder says that 72/112 flats have already been sold out but whatever layout i inquire to the agent seems to be available. So in reality, how many flats have been sold out so far?

Latest Answer: Any information on the hasique's question? or vini's? I think Shree Harsha is from AP. But I cannot find much information on them on the internet?
