Latest Answer: Hello guys, I heard Ozone Evergreen's owners raised complaint in consumer Forum against builder (for delay) , and they won and now they are getting compensation. If any of you guys here are owners of the flat in same project , and aware of the procedure for this please please let me know. Even I booked flat in one of the reputed project in Bangalore and the progress is very slow there. Now we are looking for consumer Forum option as we are totally fed up with builder's approach. If you guys(owners @ Ozone) have any google/yahoo group or any group owner's mail id please forward it to me. We are in very much same situation and trying to explore Consumer Forum option. THANKS in advance.
