Q:Hello Experts,I am having hard time figuring out an issue with Property Tax. I leave outside of Bangalore and Missed to pay Property Tax after handover of the Apartment. Two months back Found a person who was helping all other residents with Property Tax. I have paid money but he vanished.Two Questions : What is the Procedure to Establish a Property Tax Payment. I have never Paid so far. All I have with me is the Sale Deed & Katha B Extract.Other Resident says PID is not yet assigned to the Property.It is a nightmare for me , really appreciate your help.
Latest Answer: Hey Senthil, Check again if they are giving PID number because if you have PID number you can pay property tax online. Other wise you have to contact the local corporation.
