About to rent - questions
Q: Hi residents, planning to rent a house here. How is the water situation now? Are tankers still the primary supply? Any other issues I should be aware of before renting?

Latest Answer: Its a big racket here management along with brokers, while many apartment is vacant, just to make money management and brokers work together. You go to admin office, they will tell you, as soon as it vacates next rental takes over, all are rubbish just to fool and extract money from you. Doors are hopeless quality, very flimcy

Latest Answer: There is Salon inside purva venezia, now management is good, maid issues, car wash issues all are sorted out as discussed in earlier messages. It is much better now in 2016.

Q: I am told there is a road to Hoskote connecting to the new airport. Want to know the travel time.

Latest Answer: The distance between Hoskote to Purva Venezia is about 34kms approx. As per my knowledge it will take around 45mins to 1hr travelling time.
