Q: Hello:

We are considering an apartment in one of the other apartment buildings owned/managed by Sri Nidhi constructions. I know Sri Nilya was constructed by Sri Nidhi and wondering if anyone has insights into the following:

1. Has the builder handed over the apartments to the buyers as per the plan after construction..? Were there any delays during construction..? If so, how were they handled?

2. How is customer service when it comes to Sri Nidhi..?

3. How reliable is Sri Nidhi..?

If anyone could comment on the above, that would be highly appreciated!
