Q:Hi, I am planning to buy a residential plot at DS-MAX "Charming Heights" property near to Sambhram College, Singapura, RMV Extn, and Bangalore.
They are quoting around Rs 1400 (after negotiation) per sqft. I have my doubts after reading some reviews on DS Max.
Please comment your feedback on Charming Heights by DS Max. Also, let me know if this quoted price of 1400 / sqft is competitive?
