Q:Iam planing to purchase a property at Everjoy Surekha project Uttarahalii through housing loan from SBM . Bank authorities reject my approval on the comment of area charted engineer stating that property has violated the BDA regulation. Builder claims that property is approved by BBMP authority and more over still it is under construction charted engineer cannot claim violation/ deviation of any by laws of BDA. Please tell me the wayout
