Plan to buy apartment from hi-tech
Q: I've plan to buy a flat from hi-tech . but confusing about the quality of construction, many people say very bed construction, lots of cracks come on the wall ,roof etc.. I'm very seriously looking so pls help me out..

Latest Answer: Hi Tech use less builder and very poor construction in apartment.
