Latest Answer: I was one of the person who booked a flat in Q Block and cancelled it because of some legal issues with which I was not comfortable with. Thats the reason I had to cancel my booking and in spite of constructing the flats against the plan, they are deducting 25K from the booking advance I have paid which is insane. I know they are big players, but Let me see how far they can go...
