My question is to the guys already staying/paid advance in Silver Nest/Silver Pride by Ahad builders.
1. R u satisfied with the facilities provided by the builder?
2. Is it is approved by all the required departments of the govt?
3. Please mention the merits and demerits ?
4. What's the price list for 2 and 3 bhk?

I would like to go for this.
I really appreciate your input on this.

Q: We are planning to buy a flat in Silver Pride, Haralur road, belonging to Ahad builders. I would like to know the genuinity of the builder and whether he completes projects on time and also about the quality of construction.

Latest Answer: Hi, I have taken an apartment at Silver heights 2BHK.Booked last year.so far really satisfied with the response and kind of work they are doing.supposed to complete by May but we are shifting in march.Hurray!!
