This project is an absolute disaster waiting to happen. 80 p.c. of this project is built on a lake bed (we know it for sure, as me & my friends from a nearby construction have ourselves seen them filling up the lake there, closing it completely and bringing up the structure). You can check with the locals there about the presence of a lake there, who will testify to it (not sure how many locals are still living there, as many would have moved out).

Hello Suresh,
When you walk-through the house, do the following-
Turn on and off every light fixture, run water and check for leakage under sinks, test all appliances, open and close all doors and windows, flush toilets, inspect ceilings, wall, and floors, run garbage disposal and exhaust fans, test heating and air conditioning, and not last but least, make sure that all debris is removed from the home.

If a property is lying vacant since long time, it is advisable that many issues can come up. therefore, it is never a good idea to skip the final walk-through.
It is often seen that sellers move out of their home before closing. In that situation, it is even more imperative that buyers should conduct final walk-through.

Hello Suresh,
A final walk-through is an inspection performed anywhere from a few hours to a few days before settlement of the transaction. Its main purpose is to make certain that the property is in the condition you agreed to in which to buy it. This means that agreed-upon repairs, if any, were made, and nothing has gone wrong with the home since you last looked at it. In a final walk through, you will get what you have seen. It gives immense satisfaction to the buyers.
