Latest Answer: Hi, Comparing the prices in Narela property market to any other market of Delhi, and you would know that in terms of entry costs, an investor is set to gain. But the fact that several DDA flats were left unoccupied in itself reflects that the basic fabric is lacking. Small time businessmen, who would want to park their money in an industrial plot, are the only people to benefit as of today.
