Q:Recently my grandfather house is in talk for partitioning (3800sqft. my fathers share 800sqft) in ambattur, chennai . since both grandfather and grandmother are dead my uncle (my fathers elder brother) decided to split it between his brothers and sister. my grandfather had 3 sons and 1 daughter. my father is 2nd son. my father passed away 2 years back and all the other 3 are alive. now my uncle has proposed a weird way of partition which benefits him, his youngest brother leaving us with unusable land covered by houses 2 sides (free land in 2 side where uncle and aunt will build house once partition is over which leave us with land covered with house all 4 sides) and no immediate access to road and have only 5 feet passage to reach road from land.he is trying to capitalize my less knowledge on real estate as well as absence of my father and forcing me to take that land and giving me no other choice. I dont want to quarrel with him because he have helped me in many ways . i choose to accept the land allotted to me but i have no idea on how to use it properly. I am 20 year old and pursuing BE have no money to build house or anything. i need some idea from intellectual people of commonfloor on how can i use the land so that i don't feel like i was cheated because of my inability to fight back. I thought of making it a small warehouse (godown) or contacting telecommunication companies to install mobile phone tower. But i am not sure i am thinking the right way. Please help me by providing some idea on ways to utilize the land and make some money... i ignored the idea of building a house in the near future because as i said earlier i have no money and have debt in form of education loan. i don't want to increase my burden by getting home loan too. also i will depend on the income from the land for part of my monthly expenses. Please provide me an idea which you would follow if you are in a situation like this and provided a land with houses on all 4 sides.

Remember! interest is only being paid, the loan amount does not decrease, after handover the EMI will increase as some part of principle amount is also to be paid.

Latest Answer: Please check with VGN Platina customers.. Every one had a very bad experience including me. They will not keep their promise. For me, still the car parking marking is not provided as per their promise even I have the confirmation letter from them and I am following up for almost 6 months. And now some other owner has parked the car in my area. It is happening for other owners also. So, please check with VGN platina owners about their experience.
Latest Answer: I m totally not happy with VGN. i got a flat where in single blocks 4 flats are availble and4 of us have car parking. But later they introduced 5th car parking for the flat owner who os residing in someother block. No poper answer no response from them. we are still fighting with them. Though we have the UDS only for 4 of us how will the 5th owner car parking can be allowed. we are very much disappointed on this.
