Q: I am planning to sell my 1bhk manhattan condo, which is due to hand over next month (November). Premium location choosen (Charged extra) and located in 5th floor. I am planning to sell it for 200 Rupees cheaper than the current price for E1 block in Manhattan condos.

Latest Answer: Thanks for response Anandraj and Sudhakar.. Builders are offering at the rate between 4500-5000rs/sq.ft without any cost considerations(Car park,EB etc). I bought this property before 4 years, how can i calculate the resale value/rupees/sq.ft.

What is the cost per sq.ft.? When are you going to Handover?

Latest Answer: Latest update is that they have received the CMDA approval for construction and waiting on local panchayat approval , expected by Aug 18th and they prefer to wait till the aadi period is over to sign the TPA and start construction. pls let me know if you have received any further information.
