Q: Developer is promising A khata, OC ceriticates. Whether this developer is genuine. Any one had verified the documents, please reply?

Latest Answer: I am planning to book a flat in Subhodaya luxuria. Please provide construction quality of the Subhodaya constructions and are they provide OC and CC. They are charging extra money for OC.

Q: How was the Phase 1 work? Are there any problems with this builder?

Latest Answer: I think this reply was from the builder. They are big time cheaters. Please talk to the people who are purchased/residing at the project. The project is the most pathetic one I have ever seen.
