Looking to buy a 1 BHK In royal palms Phase 2
Q: I am quite anxious about the complaints and web sites showing royal palms being accuse of so many wrong doings. As an investor in this property is it wise to go ahead and pick up a 1 BHK for Rs 36 lacs? Please advise (objectively)

Q: Is it worthwhile to buy a house in Royal Palms. They are quoting 35L for a 1BHk in a 20 storey tower. The lift's though are not functional for a year. Can someone throw some light on the Pros and Cons.
