Q: Am planning to book a flat in Sapphaire Heights Kandivili East. Wanted a honest opinion on whether i can proceed and whether its worth the price considering the fact that its away from the main locality.

Latest Answer: Hi Ramanthan, My feeling is the rate is good as I have heard that rates in the completed buildings are going at 6900++. As a present resident, I can tell you that I am happy with the overall quality of construction and also with the layout and density of the project. It's rare to find buildings that are well spaced out and with ample amenities in Mumbai. Of course, your decision should also be driven by what the other options around are going at.
