Builder asking for interest on Service Tax rate change
Q: Anyone who has booked a flat with Rustomjee Urbania, Acura C-Wing and is getting Demand Notices with an accured interest on the change in Service Tax amount? I am receiving Demand notice along with the Service Tax Amount + Difference of Service Tax Amount + Interest on difference amount

Latest Answer: Hey Madhav, Rajeev, have you been able to resolve your issue? I am facing this problem since some time. Interest on unit cost, S.Tax. I have made all my payments and infact it is now observed that i have paid more that what I should have paid by end of 27th slab of Acura D wing. I am not happy with the response i am getting from contact person. Thanks, Anish

Q: Want to known about the status of Acura B. is there any hope to get CC for upper floors?

Latest Answer: Hi I have doubt about the carpet area. As they have increased the area initially offered ie from 909 to 932 which they were supposed to give us door pasage but I had checked the flat and there is no such passage. Can I get contact number of owners so that this can be discussed.

Permission for floors above 15..
Q: I want to know about the permission status of Acura A as of now they only have got permit till 15th floor.In the brochure they had advertise about 33 storey towers.Will the permission granted and if not what can be the alternative if there is any?Please reply

Latest Answer: Just came to know that they have permissions only till 28 floors but trying for 32 floors...

Latest Answer: Hi, i received a demand letter and the amount reflects that 6th floor is completed. But it didn't mention the status and i m very sure that 6th floor is not completed yet. Its for Acura B

Why the Parking Allotment is being held at bay
Q: Before signing the agreement i had requested for the parking amount to be included in the agreement, how ever it was conveniently left blank on the agreement, although it is printed in the agreement format, A reputed builder like Rustomjee should have included the parking amount( which is idealy free for residents)in the agreement so that the buyers can avail of the loan amount from the bank.
