Q: Hi,
I am planning to move to Orchid Petals and I was wondering if anybody uses the gym, pool etc. I was told that the gym is way too small and the Pool hasn't worked for 2yrs. Is that true?

Latest Answer: Imran, this project is a ready to move in which means that the construction has finished and the building handed over to apartmenta ssociation...and it is the association that should maintain all facilities...you can contact the society and enquire correctly about the same ..probably they might not be having enough funds...

Guard posted at Tower gate
Q: Guard posted at tower gets chaged very frquently and it poses great threat to flat security. Even the guard which has got i-card does not have proper identification as well as does not have contact number of compnay which is providing the security. This needs to be reviewed seriously as freqeunt chnges in guard gives ample time to understand the behavoir of owners of flats and timing of all occupant. Also most of the time guards are not on gate and it causes great trouble. Try to contact the security provider office on the number given on id of guard. no resposne will come. Please look into this on serious note as frequent chages of guard is great risk
