Q:We are contemplating a purchase in Tzed. Could anybody help me with the status of Khata transfer? I understand BCIL has CMC Khata and owners will have to pay betterment charges to transfer the Khata. I have seen tons of resources providing activities in Bangalore proper - Koramangala, Indiranagar, JP Nagar etc., but I am struggling with finding any activities for kids where we are just moving in (T-Zed Homes).

Tennis Classes - Would prefer a professional coaching academy, but I am ok even if I have to go to an apartment complex where professional coaches teach tennis.
