Bad Smell coming from HMT factoryI have see most of the apartments in Prestige wellington park has water leakge issue specially top floor and also i have observed air gaps (craks) in most of the flats. Appreciate if somebody can highligh isses related to HMT factor and airforce land
Latest Answer: Rohan - I heard, there are lot of issues in that apartment and people are not able to sell for long time it seems. I got this info from one of real state agent who is close to me. regarding leakage, I spoke to apartment maintenance manager and he confirmed the leakage issue. He also mentioned that leakage is happening in most of the apartment because people are using toilets for washing clothes it seems.
looks like they are expecting people to go to Dhoobhi ghat and wash their clothes rather than using wash rooms
Definitely I don't want to put money in a flat where I can't wash clothes and have to go to Dhoobhi Ghat.
