Latest Answer: So apart from the abysmal road, Hafeezpet actually has a lot to boast of. Great connectivity to other parts of the city for example. The Mumbai highway is extremely closeby so transportation is easily available in the form of APSRTC buses and MMTS trains that connect Hafeezpet with other parts of the city. The locality also has great social and physical infrastructure such as schools, hospitals and entertainment zones. It's basically a combination of the old and new Hyderabad. Real estate is relatively cheaper here as well but is still very much a prime location.
