Q:Hey, a lot of people are investing in Madhapur these days. I want to invest here too. But, I’m an old man and I have very little tolerance for heavy traffic. I can consider investing in the outskirts, but I hear the investment return in Madhapur is pretty high. I’d like to know from you folks who commute through Madhapur, how do you think the traffic scenario is?
Latest Answer: I agree to an extent. The roads inside Madhapur are alright. Places like Ayyappa society, roads around Inorbit mall etc are perfectly fine and well maintained. But, nowadays irrespective of the time you find a lot of traffic at the signals and junctions. I think this is partially due to the metro rail work going on at madhapur along the hitec city road. The roads are a little cramped at the moment because of that. But, I’m guessing that’s temporary. Once, the construction is done the traffic scene should improve.
