Q:Hey, I want to invest in a property in Miyapur. The property is great, and I will mostly finalize on it. But, my major concern is if there’s any water problem in the area, and also how bad is the traffic congestion here?
Latest Answer: You know that is true. The metro work has made the traffic at this time pretty crazy. But, yea it should get normal if not completely go once the construction is done. You might find traffic on your way to hitec also from Miyapur for a 2 km stretch in Kondapur, but this too only during office hours, otherwise it’s pretty smooth. About water problems, if you are buying an independent house then make sure to install extra tanks during summers, if you are going to live in a gated community then you might be spared of the water scarcity problems.
