LIC Housing finance - Should I pay all the difference between the price of flat and the loan issued for flat registratio
Q: Assuming I have taken a loan worth 20L and the price of the property is 30L . Should I pay all of remaining 10L before going for registration. Is this mandated by LIC or RBI? Or is it just the builder asking me to ensure I don't backout later.

Latest Answer: yes i have the propery in noida extention & 80% loan available in our project
