Q:Hi. I had bought 2 plots of 250 sq yards each at sector 2, east city, Bibinagar in 1989. About 2 years ago, I got a communication from Narne estates saying that there is some case going on there, so it is better to sell it back to us now otherwise you won't get anything later on. We chose not to sell at that time. I wanted to know about the current status of this particular project, and exactly what is going on there. I have the sale deed in my name, so can I sell my plots?? Also, what is the going rate of these properties at this time?Any inputs would be greatly appreciated!!
Latest Answer: Bibinagar and Bhongir are the railway terminals. All the trains coming from those routes till Secandrabad will stop there and from that point one should enter the city by Multi-Modal Transport System. So your plots will get a good rate in future.
