Q:Our residential apartment is thinking to go for a redevelopment as our apartment is 18 years old now.So I need information that 1)What will be the amount approximately to be paid by individual flat owner to the developer? That means which are the things for which we are legally liable to pay the amount(money) to the developer? 2)My current flat is of 400 sq.feet area.After redevelopment if I want to take some additional sq.feet area(suppose :650sq.feet)then what will be the amount to be paid by me to the developer?Please help me in this.Regards,Jayesh S Patil
