I am an occupant of KH for the past 2 years. The builder is good and has lived up to his promises of possession but he is equally particular about payment deadlines something to keep in mind else you will be heavily penalised.

I heard that Kukreja builder from Mumbai has many projects in Chembur and they have a pretty good track record as far as completion of projects is concerned.
