Trident Galaxy Kalinga Nagar Bhubaneswar
Q: I had booked a flat in Trident galaxy in 2011. Now it's May 2016. Still they have not given possesion to phase 2 or Phase 3. Not giving any response when you ask about possesion. already taken 95% of flat cost. As per the new real estate bill regulation, builder should give penalty for delay possesion. Anyone approaching consumer forum plz let me know... these builder shud be put behind the bar.

Q: I have booked a 2BHK flat at hitech plaza, which is at block B2, first floor, flat number 5. It has not been completed yet and already 3 yrs have been passed but they have not delivered. Is there any problem?

Latest Answer: Hi Das..it is better to check all the approvals of the project. Collect all proofs...Inquire about the land of project..permissions from concerned authorities..have discussion and then come to a result.
